Yes. We run DBTA, a DBT skills group for adolescents aged 15–18 with a parallel parent group, alongside an evening DBT program for adults 18 and over.
Yes. Individual sessions and DBT skills groups are available via telehealth for clients across regional South Australia and beyond, on a secure, privacy-compliant connection.
We run 20-week DBT skills group twice a year. The first typically starts in February, and the second in September. Exact dates and times change based on team availability and group up-take.
